How does the practice management integration work?
When an enquiry comes in, we create a lead in your practice management system. When your firm engages the client, the assessed matter, with its summary and documents, is pushed across so your team works where they already work. Clio is wired today; LEAP and Smokeball are on the roadmap.
Is the white-label fee a disbursement?
No. The white-label subscription is a firm fee paid by the practice for the software. It is not a client disbursement and must never be on-charged to clients as a disbursement.
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. Run the portal on a subdomain of newlaw.ai or point your own custom domain at it. Clients only ever see your brand.
Who reviews the AI output?
Your firm does. NewLaw.ai produces AI-assisted information that an admitted Australian solicitor at your practice reviews before it is relied on. It is a drafting and triage tool, never an unsupervised adviser.
Do you do personal injury lead generation?
No. Personal injury intake is supported when people come to us, and a solicitor reviews every matter, but we do not run claim-farming or paid-referral features of any kind. We never pay for, or accept payment for, referrals, and we never cold-approach people about injuries.
